What do you need to be a successful comic book creator?

That’s such a simple question that could be answered a million ways for so many creators.

“Time” is probably the most common reply, followed by “readers/fans.” Without either, we won’t get very far in our projects.

How do we get the time? Most of us put in late nights, slide in a few hours early in the day, or sacrifice time with family and friends. Time is the hardest to achieve.

Gathering readers/fans also takes time, either doing shows, working on social media, building a Discord, or creating YouTube content. Not only does it take time, but it takes time away from creating.

A balance is hard to achieve, but it is necessary to achieve your goals.
