I’ve been involved with comic books for a long, long time. Some of you already have an idea just how long. Points for you!
I’ve been a collector, reader, fan artist, fan writer, publisher, and more.

Comics are not dead.
I would say it again, but you heard me the first time, right? The medium may change, evolve, inspire, hopefully grow, but it will not die.
I haven’t come all this way for that. And neither have you.
I want to see more comics. More created, more read, more enjoyed. More. And if I can help make that a reality in some small or large way, guess what I’m going to do?
Growing up, I couldn’t imagine being someone who made those stories, those adventures, those escapes into the imagination, but here I am.
And helping others do the same? Well, I guess that’s just as much a part of the sheer joy of it for me, really.
That’s what I envision Sketch Magazine to be about, too.
